特高压联网条件下自动电压控制系统的功能定位及应对策略

摘要:

针对特高压电网发展对自动电压控制(AVC)系统的技术需求,分析了现有AVC系统控制方式对特高压联网的适应性。通过对传统基于经济压差的无功电压控制策略进行优化调整,提出了多级AVC协调的特高压电网无功电压控制策略,实际电网数字仿真证明了该策略的有效性和可行性。该策略的实施可以实现特高压层面和500kV电网层面的无功功率实时分层平衡控制,显著降低网损,提高电网运行经济效益。同时,可实现特高压电网AVC系统和省级电网AVC系统的有效衔接,尽量减少对已有省级电网AVC系统的升级改造工作,节约了电网投资。

Abstract:

With the technical requirements of ultra-high voltage(UHV)power grid for the automatic voltage control(AVC)system,the adaptability of current control methods for AVC system is analyzed.After adjusting the traditional reactive voltage control strategy using economic voltage difference,the multi-level coordinated AVC control strategy for UHV power grid is proposed and its effectiveness and feasibility are proved by actual grid digital simulation.Its implementation can assure the reactive power hierarchical balance in real time between UHV grid and500kV grid.The grid loss can be significantly reduced and the economic benefit of the grid operation is increased.Meanwhile,the effective integration between the AVC system of the UHV grid and the provincial power grid AVC system is achieved,and the upgrading work on the existing AVC system of provincial grids can be reduced as much as possible to save the investment.
