基于负荷波动特性的联络线随机功率波动幅值估计

摘要:

特高压联络线上的随机功率波动已成为限制其输电能力的重要制约因素。以联络线的随机功率波动作为研究对象,通过对联络线传输功率的全微分表达式研究,探讨了两区域频率偏差变化与联络线随机功率波动之间的作用联系。接着根据系统的有功频率响应特性,基于负荷波动分析了联络线随机功率波动从扰动响应阶段到新稳态的两阶段动态变化过程。在此基础上,通过引入蒙特卡洛试验方法,研究并提出了基于负荷波动特性的联络线功率波动幅值的概率分布估算方法。该方法利用概率统计来估计互联区域负荷波动幅值的概率分布,进而计算其波动功率幅值的概率分布以及均差和标准差。对华中—华北特高压联络线随机功率波动幅值概率分布计算分析的结果,验证了该计算方法的有效性。

Amplitude Estimation for Tie-line Stochastic Power Fluctuation Based on Load Fluctuation Characteristics

Abstract:

The stochastic power fluctuation of ultra-high voltage(UHV)tie-line has become an important factor that restricts its transmission capacity.With the tie-line stochastic power fluctuation as the research object,an analysis is made of the significant effect of frequency deviation variation on stochastic power fluctuation by studying the total differential expression of tie-line transmission power.Then according to the system active power-frequency response characteristics,the mechanism of tie-line power fluctuation based on the load fluctuation is explored.At the same time,the dynamic process of tie-line stochastic power fluctuation from the perturbed response stage to the new steady-state stage is discussed.On this basis,with the introduction of the Monte Carlo test method,a probability distribution estimation method of the tie-line power fluctuation amplitude based on the two regionsload fluctuation characteristics is presented.This method uses probability statistics to estimate the probability distribution of interconnected regional load fluctuation amplitude,followed up by calculating the average deviation and standard deviation of power fluctuation amplitude.Calculation and analysis results of the probability distribution of North-Central China UHV tie-line stochastic power fluctuation amplitude have verified the validity of the proposed calculating method.
