2012华北电网500 kV线路故障分析与思考

摘要:

电网故障难以避免,分析故障发生的原因、故障主要分布情况以及严重故障的特点对于调度运行人员把握故障发生的规律,了解故障的影响,并进而提升电网运行风险的预防、预控能力具有重要意义。从多个维度全面分析了2012年华北电网500kV线路故障的统计分布情况,以及不同类型故障与各类影响因素之间的相关关系;深入分析了2012年4次严重故障的特点,总结了严重故障给电网调度运行带来的启示;最后从实际电网调度运行的角度提出了电网运行风险预防和控制策略,讨论了电网运行风险预控策略的关键性技术,并对电网调度实际运行工作提出了建议。

Abstract:

Contingency is inevitable in a power system.Nevertheless,it means a great deal to operators to analyze the causes,the distribution of contingencies and characteristics of serious failures when studying the mechanism of contingency occurrence,finding out the influence of contingencies and then improving the pre-control capability of operation risk.The statistics and distribution characteristics of contingencies of500kV transmission lines in North China power grid are analyzed from several perspectives,as is the correlation between different kinds of contingencies and all kinds of factors.The characteristics of four serious failures during2012are analyzed at length,and the inspiration of these serious failures is well concluded.In the end,the risk prevention and control method is proposed from the perspective of power system operation.The corresponding key technologies are discussed,and suggestions for actual operation are made.
