针对中国未来互联特大电网的运行控制需求,分析了未来电网调度技术支持系统的业务需求,提出了“物理分布、逻辑统一”的全网集散式调度与控制技术支持系统的架构,其特点是电网基础模型、分析与控制决策的集中统一和就地采集与控制的分散分布。设计了基于对等网络(peer to peer,P2P)方式的计算机物理分布式硬件架构,并与当前智能电网调度技术支持系统的架构进行了比对分析。最后,指出了实现全网集散式电网调度与控制系统需要解决的关键技术问题。

This paper analyzes the future business need for the operation supporting system in light of the operation and control demands of Chinas future interconnected large-scale power grid.The concept and architecture of the concentrated-distributed dispatch and control system(CDDCS)for the future smart grid with the characteristics of physical computer distribution and logical decision integration is proposed,which features the centralized and unified characteristics of the fundamental unified power grid model,centralized analysis and control decision-making,as well as the dispersive and distributive characteristics of local data acquisition and control.Meanwhile the physical distributed computer hardware architecture based on the peer to peer(P2P)mode is elaborated and a comparative analysis between the CDDCS and the current system is addressed.Finally,the key technical issues to be solved are discussed in detail.
