精确的量测系统模型是电力系统动态状态估计准确性的重要保证。利用修正量测协方差矩阵可更准确地表示实际量测系统的特性,在基于修正协方差的量测模型基础上提出了处理量测时延问题的电力系统动态状态更新法。利用当前动态估计值反推得到时延量测断面下的状态估计值,通过估计值间的协方差及交叉协方差矩阵计算,结合当前量测值重新滤波得到状态更新值。IEEE 14节点算例仿真结果表明,负荷波动较小时采用该方法对于提高动态估计精度具有一定效果;负荷波动较大时采用基于状态反推简化模型的动态状态更新法,能够有效降低动态状态估计值误差,提高估计精度。

Accurate modeling of the measurement system is an important guarantee for the precision of power system dynamic state estimation (DSE). The modified measurement covariance matrix is used to represent the characteristics of the actual measuring system more accurately. In the model based on the modified measurement covariance matrix, the method of power system dynamic state updating used to handle the time-delay measuring problem is proposed. The current dynamic state estimate is used to obtain the state estimate reversedly under the delayed measurement cross section. Through the calculation of covariance and cross-covariance matrix among the estimates, the current state is updated by filtering based on the current measurement. Simulation results on the IEEE 14-bus system show that the dynamic state updating method is of definite effect in increasing the precision of DSE during small load fluctuation, while, the errors of updated state estimate are reduced obviously by using the dynamic state update method based on state-reversed simplified model during large load fluctuation with contribution to the precision of DSE.
