电池储能提高电力系统调频性能分析

摘要:

针对同功率电池储能系统对火电机组调频替代能力量化不明确的问题,通过分析对比电池储能系统与火电机组调频的原理,确定储能调频在频率响应稳定性和快速性方面的优势。从调差系数出发,分析储能对高比例可再生能源调频系统的影响,确定同功率储能对火电机组在提升调频效果方面的优势。定义了储能调频替代的功率和能量指标,并提出储能提高频率最低点的替代指标。最后,根据所提出的相关定量指标,以中国东部某区域电网系统为例,分析了不同扰动场景下多时间尺度的储能的替代能力,验证了电池储能对火电机组的高替代能力。

Analysis of Frequency Regulation Performance of Power System Improved by Battery Energy Storage

Abstract:

In view of the unclear quantification of the substitution ability of battery energy storage systems with the same power for the frequency regulation by thermal power units, this paper analyzes the principle of frequency regulation of battery energy storage systems and thermal power units, which determines the frequency regulation advantages of battery energy storage systems in terms of frequency response stability and rapidity. Starting from the difference coefficients, the influence of energy storage on the frequency regulation system of high-proportion renewable energy is analyzed, and the advantages of energy storage with the same power in improving the frequency regulation effect by thermal power units are determined. Then, the power and energy substitution indices for energy storage frequency regulation are defined, and a substitution index for energy storage to increase the nadir of the frequency is proposed. Finally, according to the related quantitative indices, the regional power system in the east of China is taken as an example to verify the high substitution ability of battery energy storage systems for thermal power units by analyzing the substitution ability of energy storage with multiple time scales in different disturbance scenarios.
