飞轮储能参与电网一次调频协调控制策略与容量优化配置

摘要:

为充分利用飞轮储能辅助电网调频的优势并考虑运行经济性因素,对飞轮储能辅助火电机组参与电网一次调频协调控制策略和容量优化配置进行研究。首先,针对电网频率特性及机组调频特点,提出一种减少机组磨损、抑制反向调频、储能电量持续性管理的火电机组-飞轮储能协调控制策略。然后,基于一次调频积分电量考核贡献指数进行调频收益计算,并据此进行飞轮储能容量优化配置。最后,根据某发电厂实际运行数据,对协调控制策略下调频效果和容量优化配置下积分电量考核贡献指数合格率、全寿命周期收益进行仿真分析,结果证明了所提方法能够有效改善机组调频性能并且运行经济性良好。

Abstract:

To make full use of the advantages of flywheel energy storage for assisting grid frequency regulation and considering operation economic factors, this paper studies the coordinated control strategy and optimal capacity configuration for flywheel energy storage to assist the thermal power unit in participating in the primary frequency regulation of power grid. Firstly, according to the frequency characteristics of power grid and the frequency regulation characteristics of units, a coordinated control strategy of thermal power unit-flywheel energy storage is proposed to reduce the unit wear, suppress the reverse frequency regulation, and continuously manage the energy storage power. Then, the frequency regulation income is calculated based on the contribution index of integral power assessment for primary frequency regulation, and the capacity configuration for flywheel energy storage is optimized. Finally, according to the actual operation data of a power plant, the frequency regulation effect of the coordinated control strategy, the contribution index qualified rate of integrated power assessment and life cycle income with optimal capacity configuration are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the frequency regulation performance of the unit and has a good operation economy.
