“碳达峰∙碳中和”战略目标下,新能源汽车大规模发展。新能源汽车能源站作为关键配套设施,其价格制定和优化运行是构建可持续商业模式、提升运营经济性的关键之一。文中针对兼顾电动汽车、氢燃料汽车和天然气汽车用能需求的新能源汽车能源站运营优化问题,提出了考虑动态定价的优化运行模型。首先,基于新能源汽车能源站的基本结构,构建了市场环境下考虑负荷管理的运营模式;其次,基于电制氢、电转气、多类型储能设备的能源转换与能量时移能力,兼顾对新能源汽车的负荷管理,将新能源汽车用能价格作为变量,提出了考虑动态定价的新能源汽车能源站优化运行模型;最后,通过算例验证了所提方法的有效性,并分析了动态定价与负荷管理对新能源汽车能源站运营收益的影响。

Under the strategic goal of “carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality”, the renewable-energy vehicles are developing on a large scale. As a key supporting facility, the pricing and optimal operation of renewable-energy vehicle energy station are one of the key factors in constructing sustainable business models and enhancing operational economics. An optimal operation model considering dynamic pricing is proposed for the operation optimization of renewable-energy vehicle energy stations, which takes into account the energy demand of electric vehicles, hydrogen fuel vehicles, and natural gas vehicles. Firstly, based on the fundamental structure of renewable-energy vehicle energy stations, an operation mode considering load management in a market environment is constructed. Secondly, based on the energy conversion and energy time-shifting capabilities of electrolytic hydrogen production, electricity-to-gas conversion, and multiple types of energy storage devices, taking into account the load management of renewable-energy vehicles and using the energy price of renewable-energy vehicles as a variable, an optimal operation model considering dynamic pricing for renewable-energy vehicle energy stations is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated through case studies, and the impact of dynamic pricing and load management on the operation revenues of renewable-energy vehicle energy stations is analyzed.
